If you do wish for us to assist you in finding a sister with whom to share a room (this question is on the reg form linked above), please do not reserve a room until we have contacted you.
We are holding the conference at the Country Inn and Suites by the Portland Airport. We have a group discount rate of $71 per night (+14.5% tax) for the nights of the 13th and 14th. To reserve a room at this rate, please call 503-255-2700 and ask for the 365 Feminist Selfie rate. You must reserve your room at least 21 days in advance, by February 20th. You will need a credit card to confirm your reservation and when you check in. This rate is also good for one day before and after our conference, so the nights of the 12th and 15th.
Hotel's Cancellation Policy:
If individual attendee’s need to cancel their accommodations, they must do so by calling the hotel by 6pm on the day of arrival.
RE TICKETS/COST: To help cover costs, we are asking for voluntary donations from attendees. Our suggested donation per person is $50. Any amount is helpful, however; please donate what you can. This will go directly toward the cost of reserving the meeting room at the hotel for two days and serving coffee/tea both days and lunch on Saturday, as well as paying for speakers and workshops.
